Project & Support Work
Quoted work, support plans, and managed services are governed by the scope, service level, and billing terms agreed to at the time of engagement.
Payments
Invoices are due based on the terms shown on the invoice or service agreement. Late or overdue balances may affect active services or support response.
Liability
We work carefully and document material changes, but clients remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, approvals, and business continuity planning unless those services are explicitly included.
